IMPORTANT: The Brainspoke device is NOT water resistant and must be protected from liquid exposure.

  • No Water Contact: The device must not come into contact with water, including rain, sweat, or any other liquids
  • Cleaning Restrictions: Use only dry or slightly damp (not wet) cleaning cloths. Never submerge or rinse the device
  • Environmental Protection: Do not use the device in humid environments such as bathrooms, saunas, or during intense physical activities that cause excessive sweating
  • Immediate Action: If the device accidentally contacts water or liquids, immediately power off the device, dry it thoroughly, and contact customer support
  • Warranty Void: Liquid damage will void the warranty and may result in permanent device failure
  • User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for protecting the device from liquid exposure
